Complete Ski Perfection

Our first experience at Chalet Floralie in 2020 was so bloody good we went back for two weeks this year. It is quite simply faultless. Cat and her team run the house and host all the guests so beautifully and with zero fuss. Always incredibly happy to help with any part of your holiday and really make you feel like it is your home for the week. It is faultless and top notch service but also not in any way ostentatious which I really value. We had kids with us the second week and they were all also made so very welcome.
And the food is something else. One is often told food is michelin star level but this really was. Every dish had four or five component parts, each element somehow more delicious than the last. Henry is a true talent and it made our evenings very special such was the excitement about what we would be having for supper. He also does delicious and varied cooked breakfasts for 6 out of the 7 days which were fab. And the kids teas were also off the charts.
I cannot recommend Floralie highly enough. Having just got home, the only failing is how much it ruins every day life for you! I keep waiting in vain for a canapé or a perfectly timed offer of a G and T!
