Our third visit to Floralie and, once again, we had a wonderful holiday. Cat and her team are delightful and by now feel like old friends. We love the chalet design and there is plenty of space for our four families (with children from five to twenty five) to spread out. Henry's catering is always delicious and he has no problem meeting a variety of dietary needs. And, finally, the location really is fantastic. It’s the shortest walk to ski school for the small people, and an even shorter stagger home for tea after a day’s skiing for the rest of us. We spent a week at Chalet Floralie in February this year and had the most spectacular time - beautiful weather, reasonable (and enough) snow, but most importantly, the most luxurious yet homely chalet in which we could relax with our motley assortment of children. The staff, Kat, Henry, Sharon and Sheryl, looked after our every need and couldn’t have been more welcoming. The hot tub/cinema room/proximity to the slopes were all fabulous added bonuses. We had five adults and four under six. The chalet is only 50m from the gondola and the nursery area which made life really easy for lessons. There is a wonderful long blue run down from the top of the gondola which became our nursery slope for the week. The keen skiers amongst us were at the top of Meribel within ten minutes. St Martin de Belleville is a really underrated gem for access to the Three Valleys. The chalet is beautiful and very comfortable. Cat and her team looked after us really well. Henry the chef was extraordinary. It is very good value compared to similar chalets in Meribel or Courchevel even though the location of the chalet is just as convenient for the slopes. I sometimes worry that going back to somewhere I have been before won't live up to my memories of the place. There was no risk of that happening at Floralie. We had another amazing trip and there aren't enough superlatives to express the level of praise that Floralie, Cat, Henry, Cheryl and the rest of the team deserve. I love the chalet, the decor, the rooms, the relaxed atmosphere, and that's before you even start thinking about the beautifully prepared food and the team who couple genuine warmth with slick service. Our first experience at Chalet Floralie in 2020 was so bloody good we went back for two weeks this year. It is quite simply faultless. Cat and her team run the house and host all the guests so beautifully and with zero fuss. Always incredibly happy to help with any part of your holiday and really make you feel like it is your home for the week. It is faultless and top notch service but also not in any way ostentatious which I really value. We had kids with us the second week and they were all also made so very welcome. And the food is something else. One is often told food is michelin star level but this really was. Every dish had four or five component parts, each element somehow more delicious than the last. Henry is a true talent and it made our evenings very special such was the excitement about what we would be having for supper. He also does delicious and varied cooked breakfasts for 6 out of the 7 days which were fab. And the kids teas were also off the charts. I cannot recommend Floralie highly enough. Having just got home, the only failing is how much it ruins every day life for you! I keep waiting in vain for a canapé or a perfectly timed offer of a G and T! I couldn't recommend Chalet Floralie more highly. Luxurious to every detail, sumptious food prepared by an amazing chef. Wonderful team to make you feel pampered. St.Martin also a fab location to go for non-skiers like me. An uber-luxury chalet with a fantastic chef and lovely staff, situated a mere stone’s throw from the bubble lift out of St Martin de Belleville. Having had a refreshing night’s sleep in this quiet village and a stunning breakfast you can pick up your skis right next to the lift, which is about 50m from the chalet, and be whisked to the arête overlooking the Méribel valley in about 10 minutes. The run back into St Martin (Jerusalem and Biolay) is long, and one of my favourites in the Three Valleys. Back at the chalet, a sauna and jacuzzi await, followed by tea, canapés and a four course dinner. The food really is special. Henry’s skill in the kitchen is excellent, as are the wines that are matched to the food. A special thank you to Henry, Cat, Laura and Georgie for making our holiday so special. Chalet Floralie provides an unforgettable experience. It's a contemporary - but incredibly comfortable - chalet in the gently developed but unspoilt village of St Martin de Belleville. The staff are welcoming and energetic, and the food is consistently exceptional. The Three Valleys is a vast domain and easily accessed by the main lift out of the village which is only 100m from the chalet. The village lies at the foot of the western most valley. Chalet Floralie is the most perfectly situated and beautiful chalet we have been lucky enough to stay in. The whole experience is beyond super sleek, the team who look after your every need notice every little thing ensuring you have the most relaxing holiday. The food is absolutely exquisite, from sushi canapés to the most delicious Harissa lamb and every single mouthful in between. The touches around the chalet are so well thought through - UK plugs, turn down, your choice of cup of tea for breakfast, how well you like your yolk cooked, towels hung so they are dry immediately, water and tissues in boot room..... The fabulously furnished, extremely comfortable and well-equipped Chalet Floralie together with the marvellous staff meant we all had the most sensational week's holiday. Cat ensured every need was met and Henry cooked the most exceptional and delectable meals. The Chalet is superbly situated for the slopes as well as the village and was the perfect base for an energetic and fun week of skiing and catching up with friends. The sauna and jacuzzi were perfect for tired limbs. The glorious sitting room and the beautifully decorated dining room and dining table were the focus of our evenings. A beautiful chalet, superbly appointed and furnished and a truly excellent team - all top of their game. A huge amount of thought has gone into this operation and it shows from the moment you arrive.

Ski-ing is superb at every level and for non-skiers there some of the best trails I have found with a choice of well signposted, pisted tracks along the river and the mountain - which can be enjoyed with or without snowshoes, but if you don't fancy snowshoes (which I dont) you can buy locally, rubber straps with small studs which are easy to fit over walking shoes/boots so you won't slip and slide!

“A little bit of heaven”  Just returned from an incredible stay here. Sheer perfection charming experienced staff nothing was to much trouble for them. Beautiful really comfortable chalet perfect location . Able to ski the 3 vally s practically from front door.

Would thoroughly recommend it as it ticked every box.
